* Every month, there will be an additional $10 shipping and handling charge to help cover the cost of shipping materials and postage.  If you live in the Phoenix valley and would prefer to pick up your monthly club package, the charge will be reduced to $5 to cover packaging costs. 

All shipments within the state of Arizona are subject to 8.1% sales tax.
